How can I break this circle ?

    I've been trying to quit for several years now, and I have made improvements, I went from 3-5 times a day, to 2 or 3 days a month (usually a day where I PMO several times).
    And I don't know how to break the cycle.
    I can feel now when I'm about to relapse, the turning point. When you've negotiated with your body and mind for hours and then you decide that you will fail once again and you'll succeed next time.
    But I can't count how much 'next time' I had...
    I really need something to help me. Any advice ? I can't live this life anymore. Like I really can't. And I really need help.

    Brother I wish I knew the quickest way to end this vicious cycle.

    All I can say is keep trying and only through diligent efforts of some kind will there be any results that last.

    Long-term diligence.

    Dude. I’m with you. Vicious circle indeed. I went 101 days hard mode and 204 days no PMO, now the last 4 months I’ve been stuck to several times a week again, the last couple weeks has almost been everyday. I. WANT. OUT! We have improved once before. We can do it again

    You're right !
    It's just that I've been struggling with that for so long, and it's destroying me. I know, I cannot give up, and I won't, but sometimes I'd just like a little bit of rest.

    I wish I could tell you something to shatter whatever blockage keeps you falling back into this circle but I have my own circle to get out of too and I am not even sure how but am grateful for my progress I presently have going!

    All the best! Even if you have to face the worst again!

    You have to want to try to do it. I sure don't want to fap again but I realize a subpersonality might surface in the future that says to hell with not fapping! Dangerous and I must remain focused on good habits and tuning into insightful spiritual teachings from living teachers to try and transform the beast within before my time is up!!!
