How can I control my dreams better?

    Once again I had the type dream that I think I'd rather not have. The dream itself wasn't bad at all, quite the opposite, but the real problem is waking up. So many times I've woken up just to realise that it all happened in my head, and I feel dissapointed and sad afterwards. For your information, I didn't practice lucid dreaming, it was not something that I had control upon. I do not want to practice it in the future either, I just want to wake up like a normal person.

    One thing that causes those dreams for me is wrong sleeping positions. So I try to sleep on my right side now in a way that my thing isn't touching anything. Helped me a lot.

    I always sleep on my side. Also, the dream wasn't sexual or anything.
