Constantly, like, many times a day, i have those flashbacks of the same videos that i've watched thousands of times repeatedly,

Also, the same girls that were objectified by this sickening form of digital disease are always coming up on my mind.

Sometimes, they come in groups, sometimes one of each, but at any given moment, there's always at least one of them.

I can remember all the scenes, gestures, sounds, everything. Just by writing this, some past events came into my mind, it's that fast!

One solution that i found was: everytime a flashback comes into my mind, i immediately stop whatever i'm doing and write it down.

That's a way for me to keep this away from my mind. Since it has to go somewhere, it better be the paper rather than my head.

This is a way for me to channel that trigger into the act of writing instead of into the bad habit of opening a new window and here we go again...

It's just so strange that i constantly have those intrusive thoughts and they keep coming even when there's no apparent reason.

I just wanna know a good way to deal with them.

I try to look at the person and wonder how they got into the situation of doing these movies. Maybe they were needing money, or maybe trying to pay student bills and just couldn't get out of the industry.
Once you see the human being, you don't want to push them further
