How can I recognize a flatline?

    Hi guys!
    I'm writing this thread because I would like to read some of your experiences about flatlines.
    During the first two weeks of rebooting I didn't have any problem: I was constantly studying, reading a lot, taking long walks with my dog and exercising....
    But for about a week I feel completely inhibited, listless, deconcentrated and continuously afflicted by thoughts about sex (indeed, porn): I had set myself, as a measure to counteract a possible relapse, to join a theater company and help a friend of mine to organize some conferences on environmental pollution: unfortunately, the entry on stage of the Covid-19 has swept away my programs and now I find myself locked in at home, fighting against my own mind.
    I can't tell you exactly if I'm experiencing a flatline, because my libido hasn't lowered at all and I keep having spontaneous erections...
    What do you think? Write your experiences down there!

    Youre probably just having some ups and dows, i had lots of them during the 30 day period. If your libido hasn't lowered then its not a flatline.

    When you are in flatline, you will know. Your libido will be completely dead. I’ve usually hit flatline after a week, but this time I flatlined on the second day. During the flatline you will feel unmotivated and have no sexual thoughts (in my personal experience). Stay strong and keep going man.
