    blocked all social media. Blocked most other triggers. Trying a total detox to completely reboot my system. Going to be very hard but will try my hardest to keep at it.

    I'm also doing the same. Just throw YouTube out of the window and you're 95% good to go for life.

    If you enjoy youtube you can get a specific youtube keyword blocker on chrome so you can block any triggering vids by keyword.
