How do i delete accounts without an accidental relapse

Ok, so I'm ashamed to admit that I could at one time consider myself a porn conoseur. I used to spend literal hours watching porn. I even got to the point of picking feature length pornography and watching it all the way through.

I've learned from this and am actively attempting to recover. Right now, I know there is porn on the phone I'm texting from right now. It's currently locked behind my secret folder (because samsung phones come default with a secret app drawer). It's currently hidden behind a second lock that I can't disable for another 15 hours without an override code from my block app (which is impossible by my standards to get).

However, behind those locks are alternate accounts for Twitter, reddit, Tumblr, degoo (cloud storage for my porn), chrome (to sign up for alt accounts with). While I can't access them from my phone thanks to the porn block I installed, I can still access them using another device. My problem is, how do I delete these accounts without viewing the porn that's on there? The second I log in, they will take me to the dashboard (where I can definitely see porn) and I'll more than likely end up relapsing. I just want to get rid of my accounts and delete everything. Is tethered a way to do that without going through my dashboard?

The way I did it was to simply do at a time where I felt strong and did not really have any urges. It was not too hard to focus and get the stuff deleted without getting any real urges from the few triggers that were there.

I don't know if you think that would work for you, but if you believe you can do it I would advice you to do so. It feels liberating to get that crap deleted.

You could just not delete the account and not access them. I'm pretty sure the accounts will eventually get deleted if you don't access them.

It's a very good idea to delete all of the accounts and files.

Since you are worried about relapsing when you delete them, I suggest having a cold shower, focus your mind on the task at hand, and then go in there on a mission to delete all of the material without viewing it as quickly as possible. For some of the accounts, change the password to something that you cannot remember.

Also, I suggest planning a reward or activity for yourself for after you successfully delete it all.

Maybe there is an easy way to set the screen colour to negative in your device. You will be perfectly able to see buttons and texts but, photos will look just awful. (not sure if this will work, just and idea I came across)
