How do I get it back?

    I've lost that deep motivation to do anything, the desire. does anyone that had the same experience know how I can get it back? I need to get that motivation that thi g I can implement or awaken inside.

    Motivation is related to the neuro-transmitter/modulator dopamine. If you have watched too much porn, or indulged in other additive behaviours your base-level of dopamine is lowered. That means that you lack motivation in general. But you have developed a high motivation to PMO. If you want to get your drive back, you'll have get your dopamine levels back to normal. Best you can do in order to achieve that is to stop with the addictive behaviour. That might be PMO in your case.

    Only thing you can do is to not engage in behaviour or substances that act or are supernormal stimuli, porn is one of them. From there it will take some time for your brain to adapt.
    Your brain is used to abnormal levels of dopamine if you've been watching pornography, especially more hardcore stuff, compilations, multiple tabs, etc.. It will only get back to normal with time and if that supernormal stimuli is not used.

    These are lengthy, but they are goldmines of useful information. Huberman will - in all of his podcast-episodes - give useful tips, he calls them tools. He also has videos on sleep, stress and so on.

    I feel as if your issue is not with just fapping but motivation in general. I don't know when was the last time you relapsed so if it was recently this is probably one of the effects you are experiencing. But if it was a long time ago and you just don't find motivation in general I would say that videos or articles alone don't help that much. You must FORCE yourself to do it. If it is going to the gym grab your bag, get the essentials and just go even though you know how comfortable you will be at home. If it is for business think about the success and go. Whatever it is just do it, it really is as simple as that because you have to be PRESENT in the moment to force that change and fix your dopamine levels. There isn't any big secret...

    Like others mentioned you lack motivation. After PMO you become mentally and physically weak. So if you feel physically weak right now, that’s also contributing to your lack of enthusiasm. My advise will be to eat healthy wholesome food and a pill of multivitamin , that will replenish your nutrients lost. And after this you will feel energetic to do stuff. This is also a great way to start you streak. And yeah hit the gym!!
