How do I get rid of/control my fetishes?

  1. Ok so I have multiple fetishes all of which revolve around women. I'm hoping find a woman someday and I don't want these fetishes hindering my progress. Fetish #1, PVC clothing. Fetish #2 Bondage. Fetish #3 Tickling (but in a fun playful manner not torture). Fetish #4 Feet. Fetish #5 Hair. Fetish #6 Panties (smelling them not wearing them). Fetish #7 Older women. Fetish #8 C.B.T. (cock and ball torture). I really want to get rid of these fetishes because I don't want them interfering with my chances of getting a job/career. Or finding a good woman to love so if you can tell me ways of eradicating these fetishes or at least tell me ways I can control them I would appreciate that. ​

Fetishes are driven by the pain and pleasure theory, by porn and masturbation, it is made possible to you to receive pleasure from the most painful things, causing a over-surge in dopamine release. I can further explain by a simple example. Suppose you are good at English but bad at math. You top both these exams, what gives you more pleasure, topping in math or topping in english? I suppose topping in math. Because you got pleasure from something you were bad at or something that usually disappointed you. In animals, these kind of things cause conditioning similar to that of pavlo's dog. Here's a good news, a fetish exists in your mind. If you have control over your mind, you have control over the fetish. Keeping it simple. If you knew your fav dish had poison would you still eat it? If you're sane, you wouldn't. Why? Simple reason- Self control. You know what's good for you bro, do you really think any fetish can harm you? If you don't want it to harm you, it won't. Stop porn stop these fetishes right now you got all the time in this world. I made a commitment to myself, I said, I won't be quitting nofap till the time I am over these fetishes. You just need a strong will.

    It isn't something that goes away by stopping masturbating. If that's the reason you're doing nofap it won't work.

    Congrats on 5 days. You really dont want to go back to any pornography that would support these fetishes. Even if you relapse make sure it has nothing to do with these. The neural pathways will break down, they just need time.

    Short easily attainable goals is a sure fire way to gain enough confidence to overcome something bad or to acquire something good, but be careful that you aren't making too much progress too quickly.

    If you check a goal complete before you actually do it, it creates a void space, and if you build on that void, your final product will likely be flawed and unstable, leading to a crash.

    Just go slow and don't force your results.
