How do I get the counter bar thing at the bottom of my posts?

    How do I get the counter bar thing at the bottom of my posts to show how many days' success I've had? Sorry if the answer's obvious but I can't seem to do it.

    Thanks. I was able to make a counter but can't add it as a signature yet as I'm too new around here.

    Thank you guys, it's not even an hour since I posted and I am already getting so much help.

    i'm on day 0 now, in fact I just relapsed and decided it's time to end this madness once and for all by joining the community D:

    Well done! I only joined this week too and there's a lot of support and help on offer here from some great guys.

    What do you intend to do and how long for? What are your plans and strategies for success?

    hahaha I've been posting on some forums but this one is the most positive I've ever seen xD

    my ultimate goal would be forever but that might not happen on this try, but my plan to treat the counter as my current level/progress so i'd hate to see it diminish to zero again.. trying to play a trick on my own mind hahaha

    Yeah, I've found it really supportive here too. Are you aiming to stop P (porn) or MO (masturbation, orgasm) too? I'm doing no PMO for 90 days but different people do different things.

    yeah my goal is to stop PMO, my record so far (since I found out about nofap) is 19 days D:

    so easy to get complacent..

    Awesome! I've never gone that long...yet! Make sure you have strategies in place for when the complacency kicks in.

    Oh dear! What about making sure you're not ever in situations where you're likely to slip? I have to plan my time and discipline myself so I'm not in a situation where it's just me, bored and alone with the internet. Got to know my weaknesses and tendencies.

    I can't even see the signatures of other people. I view this in my browser. Does it requires a like too?
