How do i heal quickly from a swollen ankle?

I urgently need to heal from that swollen ankle since i need to do aerobics in order to exhaust body so i can sleep without insomnia.
What can i do to speed up healing process?

Thanks brother a lot, definetely have strain/sprain in my ankle.
Need to

• Rest from activities such as exercise.
• Use ice bag on area.
• Elevate foot.
