How do I not get triggered

    I'm on my 9th day of no porn, I've been getting urges to see female nudity, but I know that if I do, I'll cave in, and I want to avoid that. Having struggled with porn for a long time, what would be some suggestions to help avoid relapsing?

    Don't be alone. Hang out with friends, housemates. Whoever possible in your life.

    If you live in a house-share, leave your door open.
