Hi... My problem is that I can not keep myself motivated for longer run. I mean the feeling when I started the reboot and the feeling after 2-3 days is very different. It's hard for me to retain the same level of energy, same level of motivation. Right now, I am feeling like M but somehow I am resisting myself by spending time on NoFap, by reading some stuff. But once I stop this and a single thought of P or M comes in my mind, I again reach at the same stage where I was before. I am curious to know how to keep ourselves motivated continuously. can anyone share their experience? Thanks in advance! :)

Motivation comes and goes. It may not be there when you need it most. That is a fact of life we all must live with. On the other hand, the positive life changing habits you develop over the course of a full reboot can last you a lifetime. Initially, I'd suggest that you keep learning and take it one day at a time. It is surprising but the urge to M is a habit that you can break, although it won't likely happen in a week or two. Personally, I have chosen to make a study of motivation, willpower, discipline, habits and the like. I find them to be central to achieving goals in our lives and worth the time and effort it takes to learn about them.

I definitely recommend mindfulness to help prevent your urges from spiraling out of control. It is much easier to keep things in check before you look at a p-sub than it is after you are already trying to click on full blown porn sites. When the thought enters your mind, accept it, let it go and choose what you want to do to improve your life instead. Repeat as needed. Initially it takes a great deal of willpower but over time your habits will make it to where you do not need to work as hard to stay on board. Habits and methods will make or break your struggle.
