How do i start again?

    Hello again NoFap.

    I've been on this site a while, and I've had a period of time off it a few times, but I've not been here again in several months. in that time a lot has happened. for one i came out as gay. huge thing for me.

    so then i started dating and no luck after the first date, didn't really like anyone, but my habit has gone out of control again. i never had it under control. but this time it's worse. i cam a lot now. and it needs to stop.

    help please. i don't know how to begin again.

    What helped me was i started setting goals for myself. My longest streak I was just taking nofap one day at a time. Recognize what cues gives you strong urges and try to avoid them.

    One day at a time is the only way to go! I removed my counter today because it seemed more like a game. I'm not trying to end a habit, I'm trying to recover from an addiction to PMO!
