    :(

I dont want it anymore, I just keep accessing P websites and just MO to it. Health problems, time, and opportunity is wasted. I need to apply to a job :(
I think a lot of negative stuff :(

  2. Foolproof plan to block porn permanently on your computer.
    Here are two options.
    OPTION 1:
Step 1 : Go to this link https://mail.google.com/ and create a gmail account. Create a email address you wont remember, don’t write it down. Create a random password that you wont remember. Don’t write it down.
Step 2 : Go and find the K9 Web Protection application on internet , http://www1.k9webprotection.com/getk9/download-software and download it, it is FREE.
Step 3 : Install K9 Web Protection on your computer. It will ask a password, create a random one that you wont remember. Don’t write it down!!
Step 4 : When asked for an email adres to send notices to, enter the one you just created, and the pasword of that gmail account.
    Step 5 : Open K9 Web Protection.
Step 6 : Block all catigories that you want blocked.
Step 7 : When you are sure you blocked all catigories you wanted blocked, make realy sure you have all your settings set right, ( You won’t be able to change anything after this proses) then throw away the password to the amail accout you created, and the password for K9 Web Protection. Burn it if you have to. Save your settings. Log out of K9.
Next time you open K9 it wil ask for password, and you won’t be able to put in one because you can’t remember it. There is an option underneath that reads “ Forgot your password” if you click on it, it will ask if you want it to send a temporary password to your email address, it won’t help you because you got rid of the password of that email address and don’t remember it. So if it did send you a temp password, it also won’t help because you don’t remember the email address or it’s password.
“NO MORE PORN “ for you on your computer forever.
You also won’t be able to uninstall K9, because you need the password for that.

    OPTION 2

Step 1 : Get K9 Web protection from the net and install it.
STEP 2 : Open K9 after installing. Create a password that you wont remember.
STEP 3 : When asked for Email address, let someone you trust enter their email and password.
STEP 4 : Block all the catigories you want and make sure you set all your settings right. Log out of K9.
STEP 5 : Give the password of K9 that you created to that person also. Forget the password.
Next time you wan’t to open K9, you will have to ask the password from that person. Best choices are : Your wife, husband, mother of how about your Mother in law. Hahahaha.
    Injoy a “PORN FREE” computer.

Be realy sure if you choose OPTION 1. No way to undo. There is one way, but by doing that you will loos everything on your hard disk. Figure that one out for yourself.

Thank you my friend! I will read the yahoo article in a while. But what about websites that are not porn but maybe K9 will categorize them as 18+ haha

  4. There are 2 categories like:

    1. Adult / Mature content
    2. Pornography

Check pornography and uncheck adult/mature content.. Doing so will most likely give what you prefer to have.

I've recently installed a wifi router which blocks ads and adult content. It was not too easy though and took me two days, but it's quite thorough.
It will block ANY client that connects to the home internet and does not allow bypassing it (since it is inaccessible from the client).
PM me if you feel you have a bit of linux/IT knowledge and need the instructions...

Would be very interested in getting the instructions on how to do this.

I have used k9 generally a good filter however like all filters there are some loopholes, the issue with the first setup option is you can't change configuration settings. Would generally recommend a trusted friend or if you're married even your wife that way in addition to a pretty good filter you have some accountability as k9 also keeps logs that can be reviews.

    Dear Larabie,
I'd like to start another thread about this somewhere else (not sure though where) where I can describe what I did so far. This is just my first approach towards a solution and I already have an idea in mind to improve it because the setup is too complex and not too flexible.
Let me first say that the wifi router I use (TP-Link TL-WR1043ND(DE)) costs about 50Eur/USD. There might be other devices that work well and are cheaper but I am confident this is as cheap as it gets.
Let's start a thread e.g. 'Setting up a Anti-Porn WIFI Router' or something like that so others might join and I can even learn how to do it better.
My current setup is not 100% secure as well as there's always a loophole of some sort (e.g. I can always cut off the router and connect directly via cable to my modem to gain full access)

    All the best!
