    I have heard that masturbating even without porn is bad, but it's much tougher to do now that I can't think of anything wrong about masturbation. How do I stop?

    Yes, how can you stop MO if you don't think that there is anything wrong with masturbation??

    Maybe try it for awhile (without porn) and see if MO works for you . . .

    But I can't think right, and I feel like I have brain fog, but I don't know if that's just puberty or if it's MO. I don't want to masturbate and orgasm every time I look at a sexual image, but at the same time, I just feel like there's nothing wrong, even though I want to stop.
