How do we implement the rebooting journal?

    Hey guys, I'm new here and I've noticed that there have been a lot of posts I have seen about rebooting journals. I've been trying to look around to see what they are all about. Is there a specific forum or group where they're posted? And what exactly is a rebooting Journal?

    They 're posted in a ''Reboot logs '' section , devided in ages,
    In a rebooting journal you can write about your struggles , your wins , to talk about your day and your mood , to valute emprovements and what you did wrong in relapses
