How do you deal with stress-induced urges

    I ve relpased tosay as i ve put alot of tasks to finish today
    I felt i was severly sqeezed under this pressure and didn't know how to get rid of this stress
    I feel no need to relpase kr urges but need to get this stress away
    Please help me and tell me how do you deal with stress? ?

    The problem is that the addiction makes everyday anxiety worse, especially for us that use pmo as a gateway to stress (nomatter if it is from work, relationships etc).

    What really helps me, is to remind myself that a possible relapses will make me more anxious due to the chemical imbalance in my brain. Also if you achieve higher streaks you will realize that nofap really helps with anxiety nomatter what the circumstances are (at least in my case).

    I am also trying to find healthier ways to deal with stress but early in reboot i believe is useless. I do believe and actually see for myself that after 2 month streaks i can manage my time and emotions mush better.

    well though this might be stupid but in my opinion, what you should do is to prioritize. i always think that PMO is the worst thing i ever had so if i could exchange, i would give up all my luck and talent just to destroy the evil. so put Nofap the top in your todo list. and no matter how bad your situation, remember that you finished the most important thing, it might ease your stress. besides, you should write no more than 5 most important stuff you have on that day. most important! that is few enogh for you to tackle... wish you all the best

    The way I look at it is stress can be put into a strength, when you stop masturbating you build up sexual frustration so I put the stress and frustration into gym workouts or running or simply listening to music and think of the benefits in the long run hope this’ll help
