just be honest, brother.

just tell her you value her friendship but you don’t feel a connection being a friendship.

You don't have to give your real reasons to why you want to friend zone her, just let her know that you don’t feel anything beyond a friendship.

also, if you do this and you are hanging out with this individual on a regular basis, my advice would be to limit it as she may continue to grow feelings of you are constantly with her or speaking to her. Hang out with her and talk to her, however you feel she is still clinging on then set boundaries and see her less frequently. Don’t cut her off, just set healthy boundaries
 
well... girls usually tell us that they are not ready to date at the moment and they need some time alone. Not emotionally available etc... Or say that you are seeing someone else.
