How do you get your dopamine fix?

I like to row, I do 5k and 10k sessions for both my blood pressure (hereditary) and to stay in shape for work (lot of walking/running/heavy labor). I found since I stopped the PMO cycle that my rows are even better now, 20-30 minutes after I cool down I feel almost euphoric.

Just curious what you all like to do?

 

Makes life better is why, perhaps you would relapse less if you sought healthy dopamine fixes. I have always rowed, I just seem to be getting more outta the deal now, I almost want to hit the gym again. Will see about joining if I fail to get this new job.

 

Skydiving is on the list this summer, always wanted to do it but never got around to doing it. Sadly I can't bungee jump around here but I think Florida might be on the hit list, go get that off the list and perhaps find a tanned beauty while I'm there.
