How do you know if you've rebooted?

Hello. I'm on my fifth day, so I'm far from a total reboot yet, but I just want to know, what are the signs that I've rebooted for when I do reach a certain amount of days that would lead to a re-wiring of my brain?

It usually takes around 90 days. This number is more for guys (or girls) who started watching porn at a younger age.

Brain rewiring isn't a linear process. It takes time and there are lots of ups and downs. But at the end, you no longer need porn to continue life. It's that simple. You are fully rebooted when porn or pornographic thoughts play no part in your day to day life. It takes time and effort, but it's definitely worth it.

    Good luck,
    DS.

I'm on my 90 days and unfortunately I'm having huge urges I never had them in weeks.
I don't think it depends on number of days,it depends on how much you were addicted.
For me it's been 9 years so it won't make any sense to be rebooted in 90 days only right?
That's why I'm going to 180 days although I'm really struggling.
Good luck to all of us.

    Keep your head strong guys.

I am also beyond 90 days now. I don't watch any porn videos anymore. But seldomly I type in the browser bar a porn site url, but I DONT click enter. It's really stupid. I tell myself "wtf are you doing?" and stop. It's dangerous too cause if I would press enter I'd have to reset. Luckily I haven't done this in 30 days. Also I still see women as objects, those around me I guess. I also have a problem with peeking at nudes on Tumblr so I set up a goal for that. I mean I don't think it would be beneficial from going from hardcore pornography to scrolling addictingly to naked pics of chicks, and those that have critiqued that behavior have helped me see the light in not doing so. That would be trading one addiction for another.

So anyway, the struggle continues. I've been addicted for 11 years. So this is bound to take longer than 90 days.
