How do your balls feel?

    Guys, I was just wondering, how can you recognize whether all your functioning of your balls is normal. Like semen having healthy sperms, can we check it by visual cues like consistency of sperm, how thick it is or in what time does it start becoming soluble in water?

    Due to NoFap, my masturbating frequency has been very strange, like sometime once every 2 weeks and sometimes once a week. So, it is watery and I'm a bit anxious. I don't know whether my semen is healthy or not. Is everything normal?! My balls seem to be a bit colder than the rest of body, and this was said to be a good sign by Mantak Chia.

    I think that it also depends on your diet. For example when I was taking zinc supplements it was very watery.

    It should be white, not watery. I noticed that when I do it first time, it’s white, but when I binge, it looks watery. That tells me that it’s not healthy to do binge.

    I’m not a doctor but I don’t think it should be watery.
