How does someone forget their old life of PMO?

Dont make your past dictate who you want to become in the future. Who cares what others think about you. Set goals and move forward with plans to succeed. The term addict can be powerful but you can be the anti-addict with enough strength and dedication. Surprise people you know and let them see that you have risen up and wont be defeated and kept down. We get one shot bro, make it your best one. We are only human and make mistakes, so dont beat yourself up. Nobody is perfect. We all are the way we are because of our environment and people that left an impact on us negative or positive. Make a list of what you want and then go get it. Read it everyday. Get stronger every day and smarter. Best to you man.

 

I think for me, all I can do is put distance between me and my addiction ie time. And change to a healthy lifestyle.

 

I don't want to EVER forget, as I don't want to make the same mistakes in the future that led me down that path. None of us were born addicts. Always remember so that you can make the right decisions in the future.
