How I can ejaculate without any physical or visual stimulation

I realized something disturbing. thanks to nofap I am now able to ejaculate without any stiumlation at all. I am not sure if this is a good or bad thing though.

I just sit on some chair, focus mentally on my penis and can feel how tension grows in that area. My mind has to go really blank and it is important that I concentrate on this lower belly/ penis area. After some while, the tension gets stronger and stronger and I can feel that I am about to come. My whole body then starts shaking like crazy and I ejaculate.

I did not stimulate my penis in any way and also which is kind of surprising I do not have any erotic fantasies. I was experimenting a little bit and figured out that thinking about some girls or whatever is actually counterproductive. Instead focusing mentally for 100% on the lower belly area and the tension which starts building up, leads to the ejaculation.

I have the feeling that I direct with my mind all the energy down there and then it leads to this physical response.

I never thought that this would be possible. However, I do not see any benefit in doing it either and don't plan on doing it again.

what are your thoughts on this? ever experienced that?

 

it feels less good then normal masturbation. Probably because it is not really relaxing because I have to focus so much mentally and doing it is really exhausting.

haha yeah, believe it or not, I think when I do it looks quite similar. Also in terms of facial expressions etc.. only that I can also ejaculate in the end

It seems like my body adjusted to my nofap situation. Kind of like as if he is telling me: "yoo, so you dont masturbate anymore??!! okay then, I give you a new ability. And now you better make use of it and make me feel good again!"

Isn't it crazy how our bodies and brain keeps trying to tempt and trick us? As if my body was searching for some loophole.
