Great post. Some update I want to share and if you have any comments.

So today is my 8th day of NO PMO. Twice before this, I have been on 10 day streak and relapsed.
Context (I might have mild PEED and death grip based on my discussion here, not sure but most likely. I was able to maintain Erection after 10 days streak with SO but could finish with my magic hand.)

So after 8 days of No PMO today, strangely something weird happened.It was an afternoon discharge while I was working fully awake. The outflow was very marginal and minimal and was probably pre cum I guess.
This is unlike wet dreams which normally happen..though in my past, I dont remember having wet dream probably because I have been regular at MO.

Were you moving around a lot to where your penis was rubbing up against your legs?
Were you wearing tight clothes to where your penis would rub against your legs?

Thanks for posting this. I am in Phase 2 at the moment and was getting really frustrated but then I read this and I am glad that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
I have been trying to get my partner into kareeza but it is not going very well because she is self-conscious about being being naked just for the heck of it. It is frustrating because despite my problems, I have always loved her body. I agree that reconnecting with a real partner is the way forward.
