Whats helped me: 1) Whatsapp accountability group 2) DAILY personal growth - massive change, diet, exercise, reading, socialising. 3) learning about RSD - Real social dynamics. That's really it. I don't fap anymore because I want to be at my best as much as I can. I feel bad when I miss an exercise session or miss eating fruit a certian day, or if I dont shower that day, or If I dont stick to my plan. My plan > compulsion to fap. Learning about pick up from RSD is the biggest reason why I choose not to fap anymore. I highly suggest learning this skill particularly if youre shy with girls. I have approached many girls and gotten rejected and also been on dates as a result. It's truly life changing. In short the way to win at nofap is to get your life together. There's a period of realisation of where you want to be and where you are now. After this point you have no choice but to submit to your personal growth - you've got to do it.
