    hi am new here and my name also new here i-e jija, age 31 yrs old, i started masturbation first at 14 year age without watching porn u can say by hear surrounding living boys that i could not stopped till now in starting ages i was not feel any but later wen i realize its a bad habit so i tried to stop also that we will discuss later that how i tried so now lets come to pornography so i was good in computer use that's why my friends were bringing cds to me to know how to play so i started watching also and some we had net cafes so for that friends also taking me to play porn on pc bcoz they was'nt know how to play so i was the champion for that so since then am watching porn mostly and feel orgasm that turns me to motivate for masturbation which i kept continue till now, so in short am watching porn rarely now but if i started then i gives me orgasm and end on masturbation that some times for one and sometimes takes 2,3 days watching porn again and again and masturbation consistently for 3 days. so that is my flash back of PMO in next thread i will discuss you about my current situations.

    Please, start studying carefully what's happening in your mind >

    First time without porn will be stressful , but if you resist , in some months you will feel reborn.

    If the first times a person relapse easly, it's okay.
    The streaks becomes even longer , day by day.
    Don't porn anymore, it's better to struggle and at the last to relapse than to look at porn.
    No more instagram pictures of models. No more erotic imagines , erotic stories or erotic asmr.
    If you experience ''flatline'' and low libido , resist.
    We should improve in all area of our life, just being dissatisfied or stressed makes us relapse.

    An effective weapon to overcome urges and thoughts : mindfulness.
    The brain will try to win you and to get some triggers for the seek of dopamine. Resist
