How I stop genuinely caring about women?

Biologically you're hardwired to females because you ARE a male. So the key is just to make peace with that. Took me a long time. I though I could put attraction to women aside while I focus on NoFap. It didn't work for me. The attraction is just hardwired.

Talk to women if you can and just make peace with them. If you are attracted to them, that's okay, that's healthy and normal. Just keep reminding yourself to be focused on your MISSION: NoFap but it's okay to be still attracted to women at the same time.

Perfect example - today I was surfing facebook and saw a friend's face on a group. She was drop dead gorgeous. Made me instantly attracted to her - just like that, but I focus on my mission now in my life - completing my goals. So I completely understand what you are going through. I do. Trust me, it can be very distracting, that's why making peace with this is so important.
