How is everyone and training?

  1. Hey its TrueSaiyan here and you guys can call me Jay.

    I'm just wondering on how everyone is doing today and how the training is going? Today it looks like abs and some legs for me. Just did my Super sets yesterday.

    My training has been difficult I don't know how many experts are on here? I just can't seem to see the muscle gains. Most arm work outs I don't feel fatigued much anymore or none the less shocked? I'm just wondering on how to tackle this problem.. I remember back in the gym I saw some gains and my managers have noticed it also. Right now it just seems dim although. I'm using a bench and power blocks at home currently that go up to 70p.
