How long after stopping PMO did your sex life get restored? Also, can abstaining be bad?

I don't feel anything during sex and recently started nofap, I'm wondering how many days/weeks it'll be before I can enjoy sex and cum from it. I'm hoping to hear how long it took for other people

Also, I heard about something called flatline which happens when you're ~a month into nofap, and this is where you can't get hard. Can not masturbating actually cause this? Because if so then it sounds like the better option is to just masturbate, because at the moment I can at least get hard during sex so I don't want to lose that
 
in my opinion you actually need to experience a flatline to get better because it helps your brain getting rewired in the good way.
cause right now your brain finds P better than actual sex (and it is the same for me) but if you abstain for enough time your brain will become "normal" again. Also a flatline is not for me unable to get an erection but more losing all sexuals interests during a period of time, you simply do not feel the need of having sex / masturbate

ah okay so at any point during the process were you unable to get/stay erect? Or does that never happen?

Also how long did it take for you to have your brain rewire itself so you can enjoy actual sex? A week? A month?
