How long does it take to regain penile sensitivity?

Hi. I am new here. I think I have lost lots of my penis sensitivity by rough masturbation when I was on SSRIs (they make it hard to masturbate and lower libido) Every time I masturbated when I was on the drugs, it took me like 30 minutes. Is it possible that I lost my penis sensitivity by doing that? now that I am off them I still have low libido + low penile sensitivity. I just wanna know what to do? I heard that I should not even touch my penis. Is it true? How long should I stop masturbating to feel my maximum sensitivity and libido? Thank you in advance for detail responses.
