How long have you been addicted to PMO?

~23 years is my best guess.

EDIT:

I just wanted to add that this is also the first time that I've decided to recognize it as an addiction, and to fight it. If you've got 3 or 4 years of addiction that you're looking at, don't look at my 23 and say "My god! It's hopeless!"

No. Start fighting it now. Quit now.

You have recognized and acknowledged your issue way sooner than I have. That is a good thing. Keep going.

Could not agree more with this. Quit as soon as humanly possible and never look back.

You guys are so young, do whatever it takes to be free from this. My husband has led a life of misery, so much guilt, shame, and despair. We just discovered it was an addiction in January. Spending a small fortune in counseling, group, and porn blockers, but it’s worth it and the physical and mental changes in him are astounding!
