How long into NoFap will I see myself lasting longer in bed?

    Okay, so I'm in a long-distance relationship and currently I only see my girlfriend a few times a year. I always cum really quick when I'm not wearing a condom and it's something that I feel embarrassed about when we have sex.

    I masturbate pretty much daily and i read that NoFap will make me last longer in bed and it makes total sense.

    I'm seeing my girl in just under 2 months and i was wondering what i would need to do to make sure i last longer. Is 2 months enough time? Do i literally need to not masturbate even once? Would masturbating once every week/2 weeks have a negative impact? Should i masturbate before i see her?

    As you can see i have a ton of questions so I'd really appreciate it if somebody could tell me a little more that would help me last longer in bed from the situation that I'm in

    I don't know why but I feel like...the more oftenly I relapse but jump back right the next day for like 2 weeks, the longer I last.
    But if I hit a longer streak, above 1 month at once, I kinda explode within secconds.

    I picked up that it's worse to not come instead of coming too fast, if you come too fast, you still can say something like "wow, I'm sorry but you turned me crazy" which is like a compliment, then pleasuring her with what ever your body has to offer and then go for round 2, which will then last WAYYYY longer.
    You just need to keep your girl warm while you reload for round 2, no need to mention NoFap or the actual reason why you came too fast.

    Nofap gave me better erections and a healthier view of sex, but if I don't orgasm for a long time, I don't last long in bed. Next times are better though. Since you don't see your GF for a long time, it is natural.
