    Hi there,

I was a professional over masturbator during past 15 years(from 1 or 2 times a day to even 7 or 8 times a day)! As anyone should expect, I faced symptoms and problems caused by over-masturbating; problems such as exhaustion and impotence, memory problem, poor concentration and most of all big problem in my social life and relations with other girls.

Now I am gathering my will to quit over-masturbating and to start a normal life. But I have some questions to ask from you dear guys:

●First, how many days or months or even years does it take to recover? I know it’s impossible to mention exact time of recovery, because it varies duo to different situations and health conditions; but I want to have an estimated time for recovery to motivate myself.

●Second, I was wondering is there any tip or guide for quitting over-masturbating? For example is it OK to Cut All masturbating session in life for 2 or 3 months? Or I have to lower masturbating time to 1 or 2 times a week or month? Or something like that?

●Finally, Is there any Medicine or Vitamin Syrup or anything like this to help me in quitting and recovering from side effects?

Thank you in advance for you time and consideration and beside all this great website and community which motivate addicted person like me to quite masturbating and get a social life.

    Thank you guys!

I think its different for everyone. The longest I've gone was 6 months and I started noticing a positive difference in how I felt after about 2 months. Remaining for the 6.

I'm on roughly a month, trying to get to 3 and then further on.

For question 2: Check out the youtube channel by Mark Queppet. If I remember correctly he was one of the early creators/adopters of Nofap and has gone on to create some spectacular content for overcoming porn addiction. He also has a free pdf guide to download from his website: Universalman.com

For 3: As far as I know there is nothing that can help. Often when people use medicines/drugs/other actions they trade addictions for another. So I recommend going cold turkey.

Best of luck to you my guy, its hard, but its worth it.
