You can never go back to watching porn. If you do, your going back to square 1. From what i have read the reboot is 60 to 120 days. But everyone if different.

 

You should be really careful about ever going back to porn. Most people that reboot and go back porn, end up binging and going back to their old habits, even after a typical 90-120 day reboot. Happened to me after my first ever reboot and I have relapsed on and off for a year straight before starting my current (and hopefully last) streak.

For sex and masturbation it honestly depends on what your current problems are with porn, sex and masturbation are how you imagine your optimal life after you finish this reboot. You have to define what you really want your sexual life to be like and not stop until you've reached those goals.

 

For me,it's 100 days.
