Im new here and i have been addicted since i was 13 now im 18, my question is how long till brainfog gone or at least starts fading? this brainfog has significantly affect my grades and colleges. I remember when i was a kid i have strong imagination and sharp brain i even win a national competition on second place. But now after porn addiction i feel like im so stupid, my senior want me to create a pamhplet design but i couldn't even make one and i hardly understand what my lecture explain. I feel like now all my spirit has left my body and my body is empty. I hate my self

Hey! It depends on how much you understand the reboot process. The goal is to abandon P. in any form, because it has created neural connections in your brain.
