How long till i start having sex during PMO for no chaser effect

    So how long should we abstract from PMO and sex before the chaser effect is totally gone?
    I'm on my 20th day.

    I have sex with my girlfriend and I personally don't feel a chaser effect at all. I actually believe it helps knowing that I can still orgasm but without porn and masturbating. I also know that real sex feels a million times better than watching porn so it motivates me to keep going as I know that I can't have much pleasure with porn compared to real sex.

    My advice would be to have sex and see what happens. If you feel the chaser effect then take a note and don't have sex for another 5 or 10 days whilst you maintain your streak and see how you feel after that.
