    Hey guys, im on day 29 with no PMO. It's easier up until week 4 for me. Im having crazy urges to go back, I keep started to try to look up like bikini pics, etc just to see something then as soon as I get there I get off because I don't want to look at that crap. How long till the urges go away? When is the tipping point?

    Things were tough for me up until about Day 60. After that I had a smoother stretch for a while.
