How long to see results in your facial skin

    I am a PMO addict and trying to make long streaks. So far the longest I went was 39 days. Besides other numerous advantages I so badly want my skin to improve.After how many days would I be able to see the results on my facial skin after nofap?If anyone has reached this goal, it will help me to be motivated for longer streaks

    I noticed a healthier colour about 60days in. Approximatly.

    My skin improved slightly, really slightly, in 160 days, more or less...But don't expect this unbelievable change...
