7 at most. its impossible to not get one if you are a 24 yo virgin with 0 female atention. and the more days without one , you start strssing about it which leads to wet dream once more. u might escape PMO but not your own body

I am on day 136 of no pmo and have not had a single wet dream so far. I also recall when I was younger I did 3-4 month stint of no pmo and had no wet dreams then as well. I don't know why that is. I have had sexual relations with previous girlfriends so I don't think it's tied to virginity. However, I do recall that when I was a virgin in my early teen years before using porn, I occasionally had wet dreams. About 15 years of porn and masturbation total since then. I don't know if I'm urinating out the excess or if my body is reabsorbing the components. I don't actively avoid fantasy but for a while since beginning my streak my fantasies are tamer since stopping pmo (making out or hugging my crush). Maybe there is a conservation component, like my body needs to hold on to the nutrients to repair things instead of expelling them. Perhaps in the cases of people with nightfall, their bodies don't need the components as much. No idea really. I don't have a special diet or rituals (no cold showers at all) nor do I follow any of the 'purity' rules I sometimes see related to nofap. Perhaps it is a dopamine/sensitization thing since I did in fact have them prior to using porn. If I end up having any I will post a reply to this thread.

 

I’m only on day 20 and no wet dream so far. Usually it was once a week but this time I’m flatlining.

I have some erotic dreams but I fight it even when I’m sleeping, and I wake up before it’s too late.
I hate being woke up in the middle of the night by that so that’s great.
