I'm wondering is there a daily limit like reaching the limit of the absorption of protein in a day after which the body can not take/use more?
Theoretically if you can lose x amount of testosterone suddenly (as in after rapsing), then it should also work in reverse and you could raise it to the same level in a day, or am I on the wrong line of thinking here?
I'm speaking of raising it naturally by eating foods that raise testosterone and working out as I don't use steroids or anything.
