How should I deal with motivation and daily lethargy?

Hello, everyone.✌️
Past few days I'm in a kind of loop. Every day is the same. I go to bed around 03:00-04:00, woke up around 13:00. I almost spend all day in my room just surfing the internet. I feel so empty. I think I replaced my PMO addiction with more depressing content(politics, daily news, covid-19), instead of useful things(like learning a programming language or reading a book). Anyway, do you have any advice on how to boost my productivity and be less occupied by irrelevant things such as politics, YouTube, or mainstream news and dedicate myself to education? Whenever I try to sit and solve a couple of math equations for my matura exam I just lost attention and transfer to something irrelevant. Is it possible that I destroyed my brain with PMO and now I can't dedicate myself to studying.

Pull yourself together man. Think of all great things you could achiave, if you worked hard every day.
Leave internet, social media, Netflix etc. at the end of the day. You have hijacked your reward system. You need to establish, that reward comes after hard work only.
Or you can just waste your life on the social media, watching succes of other people.

Push yourself even if you feel lazy or unmotivated.
