it's simple but my god it is not easy. i try not to overthink it - everytime i overthink i convince myself i have the power, try to take control back, and end up relapsing. my sponsor constantly talks to me about focusing on connecting/healthy/fun things to do. hang in there

 

I've just downloaded Cold Turkey Blocker, and it's the only thing that has gotten me off of porn so far. The last five days have been the easiest five days away from porn in my life because I've had zero ability to browse or even be tempted to browse porn. To keep it short and simple, is to find yourself a Significant Other. I met my S/O while on day 6 of NoFap. (4 months in)

I was at the Spa, and saw a beautiful woman there, I hesitated at first, but decided to ask for her number. So now I have a girlfriend and a potential side piece.

And my motivation for NoFap is in building Relationships with females.
