It wasn't long ago when I could at least go a week without pmo, but over the past couple of months I've been pmo'ing pretty much every day, and it completely drains me. I tried reading the Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking pmo Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking a second time around but admittedly haven't committed to it much because any time i read about this kind of stuff it just makes me want to pmo even more. How do you just stop cold turkey, and never go back? Or did you find it easier to cut down slowly? Any input would be appreciated.
