How to avoid wet dreams?

The previous times I have tried to reboot I stopped to avoid the embarrassment of cleaning up a wet dream, is there a way I can avoid having one without relapsing or doing some dodgy knots or devices

Nothing I have come across. Some men here get so worked up about nocturnal emissions they forget to focus on them being, 1) a sign of a healthy prostate, 2) a visible symptom of rebooting success (your body needs the excess sperm gone, and if you won't MO it out, it'll do it for you).

They are NOT a relapse.

Ok any advice for cleaning them up etc?

k,

Ok thanks mate, and another question sorry, I saw your profile and your hospital security, have you ever been called to a psych ward to restrain or calm someone down, what’s it like on the other side of that scenario? (Security side)
There's not much I can advise beyond paper towels, a wet flannel, and a washing machine.

This bullshit of your body needs to clearn sperm etc is nothing but bullshit

Have complete abstinence of porn, masturbation, sex, sexual thoughts, sexual stories, attractice women and you won't have any wet dream, as far as you are immaculate for some days in a row thought wise no wet dream will occur

trying to abstain from thinking of any sexual thoughts , before bed I agree with most that the body needs to get rid of the built up semen that's inside you.

I found something, though i was not looking for it.

I record all WDs and so can see the patterns and frequency, and even learned to predict them, and so sleep with a sock on and tight-ish underwear, and would help contain the mess half the time, and the other half, be useless, but it was always only a small release anyway.

So yeh... Yoga.

Practiced daily for 30 - 60 minutes. Reduced my wet dreams from about one a week to over a month without any, until i stopped the regular yoga.

Get into it and just don't worry about it, whatever happens. The body is wiser than you are.
