  6. Yes, I would start by continuing that list.

Then, sorting it by type :
Professional (YouTube channel, entrepreneurship...), personal (best parent, best partner...), spiritual (holy scripture...), self-development (yoga, tantra...) , etc.

In every column, I will list my envies by priority (first : "What would I be the most disappointed not to have realized in my life?")

I will pin it above my desk.

Then I'll make a weekly schedule and make sure that I have time for every top priority of every list each week.
Focus works better than spreading in every direction.
If possible, make a daily appointment with yourself for each priority.

Ideally, it would look like this : every day, in addition to all you already have to do, you'll make time for a bit of each priority, so that you can feel that you are moving forward in your life. Best feeling ever. Now I'm addicted to it, lol. I even feel a bit off when I miss my schedule with myself, proof that it's pushing me in the right direction. :)

    Wonderful thread!
I would like to try it by myself. Currently, it is hard for me to stay focused in one task. I think one of the key for the success here is to be mindful and keep sticking to the schedule that you have set.

    Will try it. Thank you!
