So I've blocked websites on my internet provider website. But I can access porn through apps. And some sites don't get blocked even when I put them on blocked list.

Has anyone any help on how to block apps, websites etc on my android phone?

Step 1 is to know the place of porn blockers: They're the guide-rails lining the highway on the cliff's edge. They're there to help you from absolutely destruction in-case you for some reason lose control along the road. They aren't going to help you get to your destination; they're not an alternative for learning how to drive your car properly. To get to your destination, you need to learn to drive. In the same way, to get free from porn, blockers can help keep you from absolute destruction in the event of you losing complete control, but if you actually want to get to the destination of freedom, you need to put in the work to rewire your brain.

This video digs into that a bit more.

All that said, I do have a porn blocker on my Android phone.

I use BlockSite. You can use it to block websites and apps. I paid for premium, blocked all porn, YouTube, and Reddit, enabled the Anti-Uninstall Lock, set it up with a 70+ character long random password which is stored on my brother's password manager on a different continent; then I deleted all copies of the password on any of my devices. In theory, the only way to modify or disable it is to get the password from him. He knows my struggle with porn, as we've both been on the same journey to freedom; so if I ask him for it, there will be accountaiblity for what I'm going to do with the password, before I eventually delete it again.

I'm confident there are ways to break that setup (I do part-time internet security testing; every digital lock can be broken), and to find pornographic images that will slip through the cracks. But it's enough of a guide-rail that it'll help prevent me from making a split-second stupid decision.

But again, It's just a guide-rail. I've set up lots of blockers over the years, and all of them have failed when I poke them hard enough. The only times I've seen success with freedom from PMO is when I've been willing to put in the internal work, not hide from my emotions, and actually deal with my sh*t.

This is a great playlist that has helped me a lot in working through all that.

Keep fighting, bro! there's freedom for us.

P.S. I've heard great things about CovenantEyes, too, if you're willing to put in the money. It uses AI to assess whether what you're looking at is actually pornographic, and if it thinks it is, it'll send the screenshot of it to your accountability partner. Talk about effective! It's not free, but a lot of guys I know who have seen success in all this use that.
