I'm fantasizing a person since many years who is close to me. Now i began the nofap journey and struggling to cope up. Anyone with any ideas on how to get rid of these fantasies. I can't avoid that person as I meet her everyday. I have seen her from my young age at a very close(and hot)range. The very sight of her gives me a boner most of the times. Any tips on how to get rid of them please?
