Some context before I ask my question:
When I watch movies and or read things online and view/read certain things, they cause me out of my ocd curiousity to start Googling that term/scene/actresses/etc. and then one thing leads to another and before I know it I'm beyond the self-control control and have relapsed.
I keep a log of all the times I relapse, how I got in that situation/triggers/feelings afterwards, this log is meant to help me track my progress and aim to lower relapses over time.
Also I usually try to check out Kids in Mind or Common Sense Media websites to make sure the movie is generally free of scenes that would trigger a relapse.
Example from last night:
I was watching a movie and saw a scene that triggered me to Google a certain suggestive scene/actress, that led me to other suggestive images, BUT I ended up going to bed and NOT relapsing, which was good, but it was risky b/c of what I saw on Google.
The next morning I was reading on NoFap forums, and read a post about a member and certain things which trigger him, the user mentioned a specific thread/category on Reddit that would trigger him, then because of my OCD curiosity I HAD to go look on Reddit, and once I saw the images there I ended up relapsing :-(
The question I need help with:
So my question is how to control this OCD curiosity of mine, that even watching a scene/reading certain things online trigger my OCD curiosity to Google the actress/scene/etc and then that causes me to relapse.
