How to deal with headaches during urges

    From the past few days, I am relapsing due to headaches. At the time of headaches, I am unable to judge what is right or what is wrong. Please help me in this situation.

    For me fapping just removes headache for a couple of mins then comes back much stronger. Maybe get a nap?

    Headaches are a common withdrawal symptom of quitting P as an addict. They could also be from a number of other things. I cant say as i dont have much information.

    If it is from withdrawal you have to go through it for them to go away.
