How to Deal with Instagram

I have had several accounts that I have deleted because they all ended up being about me looking at girls for arousal and looking for someone to exchange sexts with. It became unbearable the addiction. I deleted my last account when I started this current reboot and it was one of the smartest decisions I made! Every second I spent there was a waste of my life and I wish I never ever installed that app. If you have the discipline to use it in a way that enhances the quality of your life then keep it. If you are not one of those people do yourself a favour and delete immediately.
